Everything that has been unconsciously repressed, denied, or buried in the inner depths emerges into the light of awareness.

The only sustainable way forward is integration.

Without it, the Shadow dominates unconsciously; with it, it becomes a source of strength, vitality, and truth.

Thus, the apparent duality of Light and Shadow dissolves into Unity.

From this reconciliation, the true essence of the Soul is reborn—not as naïve light, but as a conscious, embodied Light, forged through darkness.
